Made using a traditional family recipe, this classic Yellowman has been enjoyed for generations and is closely linked to the famous Lammas Fair in Ballycastle, County Antrim. Unlike honeycomb, Yellowman has a rich hard brittle texture made from brown sugar, butter and golden syrup for a truly nostalgic sweet treat.
Made without artificial flavours, colours or additives, it is a simple traditional confection packed with local heritage and flavour.
Ingredients
Brown sugar, white sugar, golden syrup, glucose, butter (milk), bicarbonate of soda. Allergens highlighted in bold.
Shelf life
4 months minimum. Keeps well beyond this when stored in a sealed bag.
