Enjoy a creative and relaxing evening of painting, planting and wine tasting with Storybox and The Green East as part of EastSide Arts Festival 2026.

Hosted in the Storybox shop and creative studio in East Belfast, this hands on workshop invites participants to personalise their own plant pot before potting up a leafy houseplant to take home.

Storybox will guide guests through painting and decorating their plant pots, with plenty of inspiration and creative freedom to make each design unique. Once your pot is complete, The Green East will lead the planting session, sharing practical tips on potting and caring for indoor plants to help your new plant thrive at home.

Guests can enjoy a relaxed wine tasting while they create, making this a lovely opportunity to unwind, try something new and spend time in a creative setting surrounded by local makers and independent businesses.

Whether you're an experienced plant lover or a complete beginner, you'll leave with a personalised plant pot, a healthy new houseplant and the confidence to care for it.
