Carraigín - Skin Repair Balm

Carraigín (Irish Sea Moss) is the traditional and Irish name (scientific name Chondrus Crispus) given to this native seaweed by our Irish ancestors who have used this plant ancestrally for thousands of years.

"Carraigín" translates to "little rock" with helps identify the habitat in which this sea kelp lives on the Atlantic northernly shores of Ireland. 

A seaweed scientifically and traditionally known for being nutrient dense with high levels of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. As a wonderful natural food for the skin, this beautifully calming and repairing balm is ideal to help assist with the following:

• A blend of Organic Coconut Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with organic Carraigín (Irish Sea Moss)
• Local raw Irish beeswax
• Organic lavender essential oil
