A much loved balm for its comforting and soothing properties.

Athair Thalún (Yarrow) is the traditional and Irish name (scientific name is Achillea Millefolium) given to this plant by our Irish ancestors who have used this plant ancestrally for thousands of years.

In Irish folklore, "athair thalún" translates to "father of the earth" with its name reflecting its importance in traditional herbal medicine and local folklore.

A plant scientifically and traditionally known for its analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antispasmodic characteristics, this gentle balm is ideal to help assist with the following:

  • Cramps
  • Tight muscles
  • Tension headaches
  • A soothing massage to help relieve tension within the body

Our Athair Thulún Cramp and Muscle balm is ideal for those that suffer from tight muscles or cramps within the feet, legs and/or abdominal area.

To honour the potential of this plant, very few ingredients have been added to our balm to ensure the properties of this plant remain as pure as possible.
